The government of Kano started contact tracing among the other batches of Almajiri children left in Kano following reports that some of the Almajiri children evacuated from Kano state to other states have tested positive to COVID-19. Without curtailing the virus among the Almajiri, the government said the virus would spread like “wildfire”
