Armed gangs, popularly referred to as “One Million Boys’ terrorise poor income neighbourhoods in parts of Lagos state and neighbouring Ogun state. The group, largely young and numbering over 200 in some instances attack Lagos residents; stealing phones, money and wristwatches.
