Kwara state governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, announced that the aged, petty traders, the youth and unskilled in the state would receive soft loans to help cushion the effects of COVID-19 lockdown in the state through the Kwara State Social Investment Programme (KWASSIP).
